Securing the rights of families
The Institute for Family Justice is committed to reshaping family courts by advocating for 50/50 custody as the legal standard. Our mission is to ensure equal rights for both parents, protect the most important asset in our society—our children. Guaranteeing  that all parents have the legal right to representation and the right to a trial by jury in family court. We advocate for the rights children to have equal access to both of their parents.
We are currently organizing and raising funds to begin litigating pivotal cases, with the ultimate goal of reaching the U.S. Supreme Court and establishing new legal precedents that safeguard fairness and justice for families across the nation.
As of today, even as a father with full custody, I still feel unheard and untrusted in the family court room. My children suffered years of abuse with their mother and absolute undeniable concrete evidence had to be presented before the voice of my children was heard. I believe a law firm that helps and protects children like mine, and fathers like myself, could be highly beneficial for the core stability of our future families in the community.

As a father going through the family court system since 2011 affordability of lawyers can be non-existent. The majority of States will not provide you with an Attorney and if a parent is subject to a judicial decision that is not in their favor then that parent can be at risk to pay the opposing party's Attorney fees. The brunt of the issues for many parents is that parents on a national level are being deprived of their Due Process rights by State actors. Unfortunately organizations such as the ACLU don't handle family law related cases. We need an organization who looks out for the little guy, the family interest i.e. the kids who also have a constitutional right.
Having the "Institute 4 family Justice" would greatly benefit the parents and children who are denied justice on the basis that they can't afford justice.

After 9 years of family court litigation. I can attest that the entire family court system is corrupt and oppressive! One of the ways in which there needs to be immediate and drastic reform. Is to have free and/or low cost legal representation.
There are approximately 20 million alienated parents across America according to National Parents Organization (NPO). There are MORE than 20 million children affected by the family court system. These are nightmarish proportions. Children have a natural and moral right to a have loving and strong relationship with BOTH parents.
